Founder & President
Nate Nickell
Nate has spent more than 20 years building and leading recreational vehicle brands, working across sales, marketing, product design, and manufacturing. He founded Boundless Recreation in 2025 to bring his passion for premium, thoughtfully built towable RVs to life. Nate is known for putting people first, building lasting relationships with dealers, partners, and customers alike, and for his hands-on leadership style.
Lou Feil
Chief Financial Officer
With over 30 years guiding companies through growth, Lou brings deep financial know-how to Boundless Recreation. He has spent nearly two decades in the RV world, helping companies stay financially healthy while scaling responsibly. Lou keeps our books, budgets, and long-term planning on solid ground so we can keep building great products for years to come.
Tim Cress
Founder - VP of Innovations & Product Design
Tim has spent more than 16 years shaping RVs that people actually want to own, blending creative design with real-world market insight. He has helped bring several award-winning floorplans to life and understands what makes a fifth wheel both beautiful and functional. At Boundless, Tim leads product innovation, always looking for ways to improve comfort, layout, and craftsmanship.
Jay Mohamed
Founder - VP of Business Development & Strategy
Jay is a natural entrepreneur who has built and grown multiple companies in the RV and transportation space. He’s known for turning small operations into thriving businesses through strong sales leadership and strategic thinking. At Boundless, Jay focuses on expanding our reach and building strong partnerships that support long-term growth.
Chad Olinger
Director of Customer Experience | Boundless Care
Chad leads our Boundless Care team, making sure every customer feels heard and taken care of. With years of experience in customer relations and quality control, he’s built a reputation for solving problems quickly and communicating with genuine care. Chad is helping shape Boundless Care into a support system that stands by owners for the life of their RV.
Brian Weiss
Controller & Master of Coin
Brian brings 25-plus years of accounting, finance, and operations experience to keep Boundless Recreation’s operations running smoothly. He oversees budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial management with a strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and legal compliance. Brian holds a degree in Accounting and is passionate about building systems that support long-term success.
Matt Hile
Director of Engineering
Matt has spent nearly four decades working hands-on in manufacturing and engineering, giving him a deep, practical understanding of how great RVs are built. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Engineering, he’s spent much of his career improving structural design, durability, and production quality. Matt brings a detail-oriented, no-nonsense approach to making sure every Boundless RV is built to last.
Chad Horner
Director of Information Technology
Chad brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, keeping Boundless Recreation’s systems secure, efficient, and reliable. His background spans infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management for large manufacturing companies. Chad ensures our technology works quietly behind the scenes so the rest of the team can focus on building great RVs.
Jeff Burns
Director of Purchasing
Jeff has spent over 26 years mastering the art of sourcing quality materials and building strong supplier relationships. He started on the ground floor of manufacturing and worked his way up through purchasing leadership roles across the industry. Jeff’s deep vendor network and eye for quality help Boundless Recreation source premium components at every stage of production.
Dan Hill
Director of Facilities and Flow
With more than 40 years in manufacturing and operations, Dan knows how to keep infrastructure running efficiently from the ground up. He’s helped build and improve manufacturing facilities throughout his career, including several startup environments. Dan oversees the flow of our facility, making sure every RV moves smoothly from concept to completion.
Ryan Widner
Director of Manufacturing Operations
Ryan has spent more than two decades working his way up in RV manufacturing, starting on the production line and rising to lead entire operations. He’s passionate about craftsmanship, safety, and building a culture where every team member takes pride in their work. Ryan’s focus on quality and consistency ensures every Boundless RV meets the high standards our customers expect.
